Review of 2016
See in 111 seconds our miraculous achievements in the financial year 2016, resulting in thirty percent growth in the overall activities.
The launch of the “Hineni” organisation
About five-hundred mothers to children with special needs participated in the event of launching “Hineni” (“I am”) – the national organisation of mothers to children with special needs, which we initiated at the Weizmann Institute of Science.
A hundred and fifty college students, each of whom coaches a special child for one year in the program of the “Aharon” Scholarship, participated with the children in the joyful Hanukkah parties which we organised in Rishon LeZion and Nes Ziona.
See the video.
Six Bar Mitzvah celebrations
Six boys with special needs celebrated thanks to our efforts the most exciting moment in their lives, in the most joyful way.
The Yediot Aharonot newspaper published a moving video of one of the celebrations
A fun day of bonding for “Circle of Grace” at the ranch
Dozens of female college students engaged in the coaching project “Circle of Grace” (“Maagal ha Chessed”) participated in a day of bonding which the association organized for them at the horse-ranch in Tzafria.
A Lesson in Giving
A magnificent gesture by the coaches and the special children who take part in the “Aharon” scholarship program: they went out together to hand out Sufganiyot (jelly donuts) at the Wolfson hospital and thereby giving the special children a lesson in giving.
Graduation ceremony at the Apartment in the Community
Another group of students graduated the four months of training for independent life at the Apartment in the Community project which is in cooperation with the HaTomer School in Nes Ziona.
