FORAGING TOUR WITH TOUR GUIDE OFEK RON CARMEL
SPRING CAME WITH WILD HORSES | | Spring came roaring in this year with nature at its best from mountain to sea, with all businesses back to work, with tourism re-defining itself again and again and even again. The roads in the Western Galilee are filled with Israeli travelers enjoying our amazing region. There is a cautious feeling to all of it, after such a challenging year but the air is clean and the rain still visits from time to time and there is a smell of hope in the air. We can't wait for the incoming tourism to start again and make the world normal once again. We are so happy to continue all the new platforms we created when everything was unknown and to go back to creating our old loved ones like Spring Festival 2021 and The taste of Galilee anual market. We hope to see you all soon, Happy Passover and Happy Easter to all our friends. Health and good days to all!

WHERE TO STAY | | THE SPIRIT OF THE GALILEE CAMP LODGE The Spirit of the Galilee Camp lodge is a family business – Gali with an MA in group facilitation combining art and Kobi with a BA in geography and the environment. The Camp lodge was established in an uninhabited area, in front of the Ram Mountain Ridge, at the end of Kibbutz Matzuva. The business was initiated and created by the couple from thin air – it was a really challenging journey. Kobi and Gali broke unpaved roads and insisted on establishing the place with a lot of faith in the road and while maintaining the principles of sustainability and the environment. Read More >>

Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake – Odette Chocolate and Pralines Boutique, Shlomit Zamir When my children were small, there were a number of celiac patients in the kindergarten and in the school. To consider them, I asked one of the moms a recipe that suits them for a birthday cake, came out so delicious that it’s been the chocolate cake in our house ever since! Obviously suitable for Passover too! High quality chocolate is highly recommended! Ingredients: 200 gr’ of butter 1 cup of sugar 200 gr’ of dark chocolate 5 eggs 6 tablespoons of potato flour 1 teaspoon baking powder For coating: 250 ml sweet cream 250 gr’ of dark chocolate Instructions: Melt the butter chocolate and sugar in a microwave or saucepan over a small heat. When the mixture is uniformly add the eggs one by one while stirring. Add the flour and baking powder while stirring until uniform mixture is obtained. Pour the mixture into a 24-inch pan. Bake in oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes. After the cake cools, prepare the coating: Boil the cream Partially melt the chocolate in the micro and mix both. Spread evenly on the cake. |
