+28.78%
  • PayPal Holdings, Inc. (PYPL) is up 28.46% since June 29th, 2026, as PayPal's DCF-only valuation framework points to a fair value in the mid-$50s as the payments platform shifts from its pandemic-era high-growth narrative to a more mature, cash-generative business. The model credits continued TPV growth, Venmo monetization, and buybacks while keeping revenue growth assumptions deliberately moderate.

  • Adobe Inc. (ADBE) is up 21.26% since June 15th, 2026, as Adobe's combined valuation approach lands on a fair value near $317.97, anchored by its recurring Creative Cloud and Document Cloud subscription base. The report frames generative AI as both the company's biggest opportunity and its biggest risk, hinging on whether Adobe can monetize AI features through its existing professional workflows.

  • Apple Inc. (AAPL) is up 28.78% since April 27th, 2026, as Apple's Services segment, now roughly 26% of revenue at about 75% margins, is increasingly carrying earnings growth as the iPhone's upgrade cycle matures and overall top-line growth stays flat. Rising memory prices are a near-term headwind, expected to compress iPhone gross margins by roughly 180 to 300 basis points as the DRAM/NAND upcycle persists through 2027 to 2028.
The AI Portfolio Is Up +44.13% Since Inception, +7.94% Ahead of the S&P 500

[Webinar Replay] After the Tech Sell-Off, Before the Midterms: AI's Highest-Conviction Opportunities for November & Year-End 2026

Today's session walked through the algorithm's highest-conviction US stock picks for November after this week's tech sell-off and ahead of Tuesday's midterm elections. The replay is now live, and exclusive webinar pricing on four packages, including the new Technical Analysis + AI package, runs through Monday.

  • Opportunities after the sell-off: chips and software fell sharply Thursday and Friday, and the session covers where the algorithm now sees buying opportunities, plus its highest-conviction picks for November.
  • On screen: real-time AI forecasts for the hottest stocks in the market right now, plus Bitcoin, gold, and oil.
  • Midterms and year-end: how the algorithm reads the market around the November 3 midterm elections and into the end of 2026.
  • Behind the algorithm: a look at how the system analyzes 13,500 assets every day, and how hedge funds and proprietary trading desks put it to work.

I Know First Launches the Technical Analysis + AI Package

I Know First has launched the Technical Analysis + AI package, pairing six technical filters with the algorithm's forecast ranking to narrow the US stock market down to 10 long and 10 short picks across all 6 time horizons. The package's most recent 14-day forecast correctly called 9 of 10 stock moves, led by KOD's 13.94% return.

  • Six technical filters, market cap above $2 billion, volume above the 20-day average, a sustained uptrend channel, price above the 50- and 150-day moving averages, and RSI below 80, narrow the field before the algorithm ranks what is left.
  • From the stocks that pass every filter, the algorithm selects the top 10 by signal strength and forecast predictability.
  • In the 14-day forecast from October 18 to November 1, 2026, the package averaged an 8.4% return against the S&P 500's -1.04%, with KOD leading at 13.94%, followed by KSS at 12.6% and IT at 11.42%.
  • The algorithm correctly predicted 9 of 10 stock movements in that forecast.
  • The package covers stocks and ETFs on US exchanges, delivered every trading day before the market opens.
Technical analysis narrows the field, the algorithm picks the winners.

Stock Market Forecast: Chaos Theory Revealing How the Market Works

Markets are neither perfectly efficient nor purely random. I Know First's research argues that stock prices behave as complex, chaotic systems with both a systemic and a random component, and that this structure is what makes a probabilistic forecast possible in the first place.

  • Complex systems combine structure and chaos: well-defined, predictable stretches are interrupted by instability regimes where a small perturbation can flip the future path in either direction.
  • Feedback loops drive the cycle: positive feedback pushes prices into self-reinforcing runs that eventually collapse, while negative feedback pulls prices back toward equilibrium.
  • Events like the May 2010 Flash Crash, which wiped out more than $1 trillion in shareholder value within minutes, show how randomness and algorithmic trading programs can push the market into a chaotic regime.
  • The I Know First algorithm applies neural networks, genetic algorithms, and chaos theory concepts such as self-similarity to model over 10,000 markets and rank each input by its significance.
  • A disciplined risk framework still matters: watch the forecasts daily but act only on the strongest ones, and reduce exposure when predictability weakens.
Understanding the regime, not just the price, is what turns a reasonable guess into a usable forecast.

Commodity Futures: AI Beats S&P 500 by 9.16%

I Know First's live forecast evaluation of its Commodity Futures package, covering January 1 through October 18, 2026, found the algorithm outperforming the S&P 500 across most signal groups and time horizons. The strongest result came at the 3-month horizon, where the Top 20 Signals group averaged a 13.17% return, 9.16 points ahead of the index.

  • The evaluation period runs from January 1, 2026 through October 18, 2026, covering daily forecasts across time horizons from 3 days to 3 months.
  • At the 3-month horizon, the Top 20 Signals group averaged 13.17%, exceeding the S&P 500 by 9.16 percentage points.
  • At the 14-day horizon, the Top 20 Signals group averaged a 2.0% return while the S&P 500 posted an average loss of 0.60% over the same stretch.
  • Hit ratios for the package reach as high as 71%, regardless of prevailing economic conditions.
  • As the forecasting horizon expands from 3 days to 3 months, average returns tend to rise alongside it.
Commodities add a diversification layer to the algorithm's coverage, and the data says it is holding up.

CEO Weekly Letter

Dear Fellow Investors,

The S&P 500 slipped 0.57% this week to close at 7,580.07. The Nasdaq led the decline, falling 2.00% to 25,437.00, the Dow fell 0.85% to 51,770.31, while the Russell 2000 bucked the trend with a 1.29% gain to 2,811.84. Small caps outperformed as large-cap tech led the pullback.

Both Sides of the Tape: AI Finds the Winners and the Shorts

In a rough week for the broader market, the algorithm found opportunity on both sides of the trade. On the long side, the Top S&P 500 Stocks package led with CVNA's 15.3% return over 3 days, while the Best Stocks to Buy package was led by GLOB's 18.1% return over 14 days, a 5.62-point premium over the S&P 500's -1.04% for that window. On the short side, the Megacap Stocks package flagged a short on its Top 10 Mega Cap names, and prices moved lower across most of the book, led by HOOD's 8.46% decline over the same 3-day window, a 3.91-point premium over the S&P 500's -1.26%. Same algorithm, same week, finding the stocks worth owning and the ones worth shorting before the market moved.

In the package's most recent 14-day forecast (October 18 to November 1), the algorithm correctly predicted 9 of 10 stock moves, led by KOD's 13.94% return, for an 8.4% package average against the S&P 500's -1.04%.

Commodity Futures: AI Beats the S&P 500 by 9.16%

I Know First's live evaluation of its Commodity Futures package, covering January 1 through October 18, 2026, found the algorithm's Top 20 Signals group averaging a 13.17% return at the 3-month horizon, 9.16 points ahead of the S&P 500, with hit ratios reaching as high as 71%.

S&P 500 After Midterms: November to June, positive in 21 of 21 periods since 1942

History backs up the timing: the S&P 500 has gained in the November-to-June window following every U.S. midterm election since 1942, 21 of 21, for an average gain of +16.6%. That seasonal tailwind is part of why today's webinar covered the algorithm's highest-conviction picks heading into this stretch.
